Introduction to Dutch Labour Law & HR
During the workshop we will cover several sensitive issues in Dutch labour relations –and tips how to act. You will receive information on the employment law framework in The Netherlands, flexibility in contracts of employment, restrictive covenants and employee management about working time, benefits, leave etc. Also we will discuss non-compliant behaviour of employees, labour conflicts and sickness, harassment and ways of terminating employment, via court or government agency UWV.You will receive practical tips for file-building, legal proceedings, termination agreements and staff representation stipulations in Dutch Law. Last but not least we will cover eorganization, takeover and merger: how to conduct them / what are the rules?
